About the Role:
The Mail Room Clerk will assist with the regular recording, sorting, and distribution of mail for property residents. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify mail and packages for residents.
- Assist residents with package receipt and distribution.
- Sort and verify mail addresses, depositing mail into resident mailboxes.
- Research and forward incorrectly addressed mail to the correct addresses.
- Distribute company information and keys to residents as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
