Nephrology Nurse Job Description

Tridant Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Nephrology Nurse to join our team in Spokane, Washington. As a Nephrology Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with kidney-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform dialysis procedures and assess patients with kidney problems.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote kidney health and prevent complications.
  • Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on kidney disease management and treatment options.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license and certification in nephrology nursing.
  • Experience working in dialysis or nephrology nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Benefits:
