Job Overview

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Garden Grove California with competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k (match), PTO. Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.

We are looking for someone who can effectively supervise and coordinate activities of our production department to achieve operational efficiency and economy. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing budget requests, identifying areas for reduction, and allocating operating budget.

The Production Manager will work closely with other departments to achieve production goals, including Technical Sales, Engineering, Tooling, Quality, Facility, Maintenance, and administration. They will promote organization in industry, manufacturing, or trade associations and direct operations changes as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of production control, four slide, punch press, coiling, secondary, and shipping departments
  • Interface with other departments to achieve production goals
  • Analyze budget requests and allocate operating budget
  • Promote organization in industry, manufacturing, or trade associations
  • Direct operations changes as needed
Requirements
  • College Degree or equivalent; or four to ten years' related experience and/or training
  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
  • Good decision-making ability and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
