Licensed Nursing Professional (LNP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care for patients experiencing a range of health issues in various settings, including clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and aides in delivering patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, document health conditions, and communicate any changes in status.
  • Interpret and implement medical orders for patient care.
  • Administer medications, operate medical devices, and ensure a safe care environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and possession of an active RN license.
  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, effective communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
