Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Post-Surgical team at Trident Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized care plans for patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
