At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lift and carry objects up to 100 pounds and occasionally manipulate up to 250 pounds.
  • Transport loads of up to 100 pounds and occasionally manipulate up to 250 pounds.
  • Manipulate products by hand from a primary location to a cart, pallet, or plate.
  • Move materials within the distribution center as needed.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles in a safe and appropriate manner.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic communications.
  • Capacity to learn basic computer and scanning systems.
  • Ability to remain on your feet in an upright position and move about on foot for the duration of your shift.
  • Basic counting and math skills.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $21.50 plus shift differential increases.
  • Shift differentials: $1.00/hr for 2nd shift, $2.00/hr per weekend day as part of your normal schedule.
  • Base pay will increase by $0.50 at weeks 13, 27, 53, and 79 of employment.
  • Profit sharing available to eligible employees.
  • Comprehensive benefits programs, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), Paid Holidays, and Paid Vacation Accrual.
