Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Seacoast Bank. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Processing: Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash drawers daily and monitor work for accuracy.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional service to customers, resolving issues in a timely and positive manner.
  • Risk Management: Ensure branch adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, operational procedures, dual control, security, Business Continuity, and all other regulated banking requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required; minimum of 6 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative; PC proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.
