Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Cashier to join our team at Michaels Stores in Easton, MD. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences for customers
  • Execute cash handling to standards and maintain store recovery standards
  • Engage customers on benefits of Rewards and complete enrollments
  • Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • Participate in truck un-load and stocking processes
  • Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Assist with Omni channel processes
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
