Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-screening and Intake: Conduct thorough assessments of homeless individuals and families to determine program eligibility.
- Linkages and Referrals: Establish connections with local agencies and community resources to provide comprehensive support services.
- Intake Procedures: Complete necessary paperwork, including client interviews and shift change reports.
- Client Support: Provide empathetic and professional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the necessary resources.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Experience in Social Services: 1+ year
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
