Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at UF Health Leesburg Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients, working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct CT scans and other imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, minimizing radiation exposure and promoting a positive patient experience.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in imaging technology and best practices.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology.
  • State of FL Certified Radiologic Technologist General Radiographer qualifications license required (Computer Tomography qualifications preferred).
  • ARRT(R) required.
  • ARRT(CT) preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
