Skilled Nursing Care Professional

River Edge Rehabilitation and Nursing is a resident-centered skilled nursing facility that prioritizes quality care. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by our team members.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for observing and managing the resident's health according to their individual needs. This includes providing routine care, ensuring comfort, and reporting any changes in resident health and behavior.
We value technical, assessment, and documentation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Our ideal candidate is able to lift 50 pounds or more and stand/walk for over four hours per day. The ability to bend/stoop for extended periods is also required.
The work schedule for this position is flexible, with options for full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are willing to accommodate your needs.
Benefits include overtime opportunities, paid in-service training, incentive bonuses, and employee recognition programs. You will earn a base hourly rate plus periodic bonuses ranging from $33/hr, with additional compensation including 1.5X holiday pay and 1.5X overtime pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on 30 hours of work per week. Benefits such as 401k, PayActiv, and tuition reimbursement through ECPI are also provided.
