Job SummaryThe Nurse II - MTSU Clinical Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing advanced clinical skills and expertise. Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, this professional will coordinate and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient well-being and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education programs to enhance knowledge and skills, ensuring up-to-date proficiency in evidence-based practices.
- Patient Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs, develop targeted care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
