Job Summary:

As a skilled MRI Imaging Specialist at Dayton Children's Hospital, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic MRI scans on patients of all ages using the MRI scanner and associated equipment. This role involves minimal supervision while adhering to strict quality parameters. You will also educate patients and their families on procedures and MRI safety. Additionally, you will participate in 'on-call' rotation and work with student technologists to ensure a positive learning experience while on clinical rotations.

Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality diagnostic MRI scans on patients of all ages
Perform tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to strict quality parameters
Educate patients and their families on procedures and MRI safety
Participate in 'on-call' rotation
Work with student technologists to ensure a positive learning experience

Requirements:

HSD/GED is required
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology/Sciences or Medical Imaging related discipline is required
Radiologic License - Ohio Department of Health is preferred
ARRT in Radiography required
ARRT registry in Magnetic Resonance preferred
