A legendary social hub since its inception, Hotel Jerome has been the heart of Aspen's rich history and culture.

The targeted compensation for this full-time seasonal position is $12.50/hr plus tips, making it an attractive opportunity for hospitality professionals.

• Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle check-ins and seating arrangements.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and maintain accurate records in reservation systems to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Coordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with preparation of station charts and guide servers in optimal table set-up to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the host station and assigned work areas to uphold high standards of quality.
• Monitor and update guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and special requests using reservation systems to provide personalized attention.
• Ensure menus and wine lists are clean and well-stocked at all times to meet guest expectations.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a high-end setting, is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and fluency in English are essential for success.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications is required.
