Position Overview:

The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in alignment with established standards and practices. This role is situated within the Department of Nursing - Surgical Services, where the RN will apply their expertise to ensure high-quality patient care.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: Clinical Nurse Manager/Director

FLSA Status: Non-exempt


Qualifications:

Education:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills:
Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision are essential. Candidates must thrive in high-pressure environments and respond appropriately to challenges.

Certifications:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire; PALS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Licenses:
Must possess Arizona State RN licensure or a compact state license upon hire.
