About Us
Heroes Lawn Care Southeast Houston is dedicated to providing five-star customer service while conserving water. Our core focus is on fertilization, irrigation repair, pet waste removal, and mosquito control.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine customer needs and make tailored recommendations to enhance lawn health.
  • Conduct thorough soil testing to inform fertilizer applications.
  • Maintain the safe use and application of chemical products and fertilizers to ensure optimal results.
  • Ensure equipment, vehicles, and personnel safety at all times.
  • Dispose of fertilizer residue and containers responsibly.
  • Sell additional services such as aeration, soil amendment, and overseeding to customers.
  • Organize equipment and products in assigned vehicles.
  • Adhere to a daily schedule to meet customer deadlines.
  • Measure potential customers' lawns to provide accurate quotes.
  • Keep equipment and warehouses clean and well-maintained according to standards.
  • Cross-train in other departments for backup support.
  • Collaborate with the team to build a fun and hardworking environment.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Able to diagnose pests and disease issues in the field.
  • A strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
  • A safety-first mindset.
  • Three or more years of experience in fertilization.
  • A working knowledge of CRM programs.
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass an internal insurance background check to drive company vehicles.
  • A willingness to jump in with the team to get the job done.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep efficient notes and records.
  • A high energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking approach.
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment, techniques, skills, and materials for lawn fertilization.
  • Proficient in product offerings.
  • Able to follow policy and procedures.
  • Able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • TDA Commercial Pesticide Applicator License, Cat 3A, or planning to obtain one.
