We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service at our Lancaster location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer transactions while delivering exceptional service.
- Promote and provide various financial products and service solutions.
- Assist customers with account services, including but not limited to processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Manage cash drawer and ATM balancing.
- Order cash for the branch and serve as a backup for cash management.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to utilize and adapt to computer-based systems.
- Experience in cash handling.
