- Collaborate with Care Team: Work closely with healthcare providers, medical assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Coordinate patient care across the continuum, including hospital admissions, outpatient procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and families about cardiovascular disease, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to improve heart health.
- Current Washington State Licensure: Possess a current RN license in the state of Washington.
- CPR Certification: Maintain current CPR certification.
- Graduation from Accredited Nursing Program: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Strong Patient Assessment Skills: Possess strong patient assessment skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Current Working Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records: Possess current working knowledge of electronic medical records.
