Telecommunications Representative

Role Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Support Liaison to enhance our team in Coeur d'Alene. This role involves comprehensive training on banking policies, procedures, and federal regulations, ensuring you are well-equipped to assist our customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers while safeguarding their financial information.
• Acquire knowledge of all bank products and services to effectively support customer retention and identify sales opportunities.
• Process requests for new ATM/Debit cards and handle existing card inquiries.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.
• Master the 8-step process for discussing bank products with customers.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage a high volume of correspondence and interactions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Mountain West Bank's products and procedures.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Jack Henry systems.
• Prior experience in a call center environment.

Work Environment:
