**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients, while also considering the preferences and restrictions of our staff.
  • Cook and prepare meals to ensure proper temperature control and presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of food usage and expenditures.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient meal delivery.

**Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare food service environment.
  • Prior experience in hospital food service preferred.
  • Valid Nevada Food Handler Certification.
  • Valid Serve Safe Certification preferred.
