Job SummaryU-Haul is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team in a project-based position. As an Assembly Line Technician, you will be responsible for assembling trucks, trailers, and other equipment in a production-line environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble trucks, trailers, and other equipment in a production-line environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts
- Use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields
- Move a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
- Must supply steel-toed shoes or boots
- Work Environment: Moderate risks or discomforts, working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals
- Physical Demands: Long periods of standing, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
