We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and evidence-based practices to provide the best possible care.
- Graduate of an Associate Degree, Diploma, or Baccalaureate degree nursing program.
- Active license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa.
- Completion of CPR, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC within the first year of employment.
