Charge Nurse II

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse II to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide safe and effective care to our patients, while also serving as a leader and advisor to your colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and supervision to nursing staff
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and ensure quality care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current Maryland RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a charge/lead nurse role
- Knowledge of a specialized field, with 2+ years of experience in Med/Surg
- Nursing Certification in specialty area within 3-5 years of hire
