Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Brain Injury Unit Supervisor to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our brain injury unit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech-language pathology, and a minimum of 3-5 years of professional/supervisory experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring and analyzing financial data, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapies into patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapies into patient care.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our brain injury unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech-language pathology.
  • Current certification and licensure as an occupational therapist, physical therapist, or speech-language pathologist.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional/supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $59,690 per year.
