Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil engineering projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
