Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and diagnose complex system problems
  • Plan, design, implement, and maintain applications
  • Collaborate with system users to evaluate and maintain systems
  • Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software products
  • Gather and analyze information to resolve incidents and troubleshoot problems
  • Document design, application, and technical specifications
  • Identify and clarify reporting needs and expectations with end users
  • May serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the underlying data structure
  • Partner with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system problems
  • Provide vendors with recommendations for system improvements
  • Reviews documentation for complex upgrades and monthly system updates

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience. Combination of post-high school education, job-related certification, and/or related experience equivalent to nine years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) certification, experience in complex HL7 integrations, teleradiology support experience, and vendor neutral archive (VNA) experience.

Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
