Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop strategies to address challenging behaviors, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and optimal student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
