About the Role:

The Route Sales Representative is a key position at Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and Merchandise Products: Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise products to maximize sales.
  • Sales and Partnership: Partner with store managers to increase sales, order products, and maintain records throughout the day.
  • Training and Development: Participate in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our experienced team members.
  • Route Management: Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
  • Sales Growth: Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
