We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health in Marble Falls, Texas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Radiologic Technologist, performing high-quality radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients. You will be working under the supervision of a Radiologist, following established protocols to diagnose diseases and injuries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing radiology procedures according to exam protocol in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining production and quality of imaging procedures by adhering to established standards.
  • Protecting patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control policies, and radiation guidelines.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with patients and their families to ensure their comfort and understanding throughout the examination process.

What We Offer

Baylor Scott & White Health offers a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $62,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and welfare benefits, 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match, tuition reimbursement, and PTO accrual starting from day one.
