Paralegal Job Description

LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring for a Paralegal. This position is hybrid in their Alpharetta, GA office. Our client is looking for an individual that is outgoing, open-minded, and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft contracts and other legal documents
  • Coordinate contract closing, administering, and filling executed copies of contracts and organizing contract files
  • Review and process incoming claims, pleadings, and subpoenas
  • Maintain claims and litigation legal database
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of law firm, public, or private company paralegal experience
  • 2+ years contract and litigation management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Familiar with DocuSign and Salesforce
