Job Description

At Heritage Grocers Group, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, respect, and collaboration. As a Loss Prevention Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor CCTV and access control systems across our offices, stores, warehouses, and Support Center.
  • Oversee physical security on our properties and serve as the primary point of contact for local law enforcement and fire departments.
  • Investigate incidents and provide detailed reports to management and other teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain loss prevention and safety programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or network support role, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in using CCTV systems.
  • Basic computer troubleshooting knowledge or A+ certification.
  • High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information in a clear, understandable manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
  • Able to work overnight shifts, 9pm to 6:30am.
