Job Summary

The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive individual and foundation funding program to support the mission and goals of Habitat for Humanity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for individual and foundation giving
  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gift donors
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners
  • Collaborate with the development team to achieve fundraising goals
  • Provide excellent donor stewardship and recognition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, administration, marketing, or other professionally related programs
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in individual giving and fundraising
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
