AOI Operator

Job Title: AOI Operator

Summit Interconnect, Inc. - Anaheim is seeking a skilled AOI Operator to join our team. As an AOI Operator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repetitive machine and manual operations in the areas of AOI verification and related circuit rework to ensure quality of circuit patterns on panels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate AOI and verification machines requiring moderate complex setups, constant monitoring, and close visual inspection of panels processed.
2. Evaluate and discontinue processing of non-conforming product and report it to the AOI Lead.
3. Follow production control scheduling.
4. Maximize productivity.
5. Review all travelers.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum three (3) years experience in the printed circuit industry.
3. Understanding of industry standards and appropriate application.
4. Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with management/supervisory staff.
5. Ability to effectively follow company systems and procedures.
6. Ability to work with little supervision.

Physical Requirements:

1. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
2. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
