Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quality Management System, ensuring robust standards and procedures.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee internal testing requirements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage the disposition of non-conforming materials and products.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with department managers to communicate and uphold quality goals and objectives.
  • Ensure comprehensive training for all employees on the Quality Policy.
  • Maintain and manage all quality-related documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the corrective action system and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare necessary certifications and Certificates of Conformance for clients.
  • Oversee the calibration system to meet quality requirements.


Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience in quality management.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management systems.
  • At least five years of experience in a quality control environment.
  • Proficiency in standard measuring equipment, blueprint reading, and PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Experience in the injection molding process for plastic materials, especially PVC and Nylon, is a plus.
  • Proven ability to supervise, train, and lead quality personnel.

Experience in the injection molding process for plastic materials, especially PVC and Nylon, is a plus.
