Seeking a Dedicated Clinical Pharmacist

We are a state-of-the-art, non-profit, short-term acute care facility located 1 hour east of Columbus, seeking a permanent Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to compound and dispense medications to patients and provide drug information and education to optimize the quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compound and dispense medications to patients
  • Provide drug information and education to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
  • Develop and implement medication management plans
Requirements:
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Ohio
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills
