Buffet Server

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Buffet Attendant to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a Buffet Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing courteous, friendly, and attentive service to our guests.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests during our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback.
• Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well-organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and ensure supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.
• Provide accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to create a happy, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere.

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.
