BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to geriatric patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities- Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
- Accurately document client care management and services provided.
- A current PA Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
