Locum Tenens Trauma Surgery Role

    • Handle trauma cases at a level 3 facility, including motor vehicle accidents and stab wounds.
    • Manage pediatric surgical cases, particularly urgent situations for patients aged 6 and older.
    • Address GI bleeds independently, without additional GI support, while on call.
  • Submission Criteria:
    • Must possess Board Certification in Trauma Surgery.
    • An active Oregon medical license is required.
    • A clean malpractice history is essential, with no pending cases.
    • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification is mandatory.
  • Site Requirements:
    • Complete 4 hours of unpaid training on the EPIC system, with an option to test out in 2 hours.
    • Work schedule runs from Sunday to Saturday, with overtime applicable after 40 hours.
