We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team of seasoned professionals. This role involves identifying and analyzing properties for acquisition, negotiating purchases, and working closely with our team.

Responsibilities
  • Property Identification & Analysis: Learn and utilize PurchRock's proprietary software to maintain pipeline consistency and accuracy.
  • Acquisition Management: Oversee the acquisition process from identifying potential deals to negotiating and closing transactions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and other industry professionals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions, contracts, and legal documents.

We value motivation, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. No experience needed, but a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges is essential.

The ideal candidate will have leadership and vision skills, with excellent analytical and persuasion abilities. A salary range of $125,000 - $175,000 per year (commission-only) is offered, along with benefits such as profit share, rental property program, and bonuses.
