Role Overview
Ramp is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hiring team, you will be responsible for building and operationalizing creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top Sales talent. You will partner closely with our Sales leaders and teams to understand requirements and qualifications for various Sales job profiles.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Innovate and operationalize effective sourcing strategies to attract top Sales talent
  • Partner with Ramp leaders and hiring teams to qualify and deeply understand Sales job profile requirements
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of previous sourcing experience at a high-growth technology company or startup
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Sales job profiles, such as Account Executive, Customer Success, and Sales Development
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to track sourcing metrics, and draw insights to inform action
  • Experience partnering closely with senior leaders, hiring teams, and recruiting

Location: Either NYC or SF office (3 days in-office)
Contract Type: 6 months
Estimated Salary: $120,000/year
