Child Development Therapist with Speech and Language Expertise

Cortica is a leading provider of advanced neurological therapies for children with autism and other developmental differences. As a Child Development Therapist, you will play a vital role in our multi-disciplinary team, working closely with families to achieve transformative results.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop speech and language treatment goals through dynamic assessment tools and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create integrative strategies.
- Provide individual therapy sessions, group treatments, and co-treatment sessions as therapeutically appropriate, while maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Design and implement goal-based interventions to develop receptive and expressive language skills, considering individual sensory processing, regulation, and motor differences.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to understand their values, interests, and goals, while implementing programming that considers all aspects of child development.

Your Benefits- $87,377 to $109,222 competitive salary range based on experience.
- An annual continuing education stipend of $2,000.
- A $10,000 bonus in the first year (four equal payments of $2,500 quarterly).
