- Develop and maintain a mature and efficient hardware inventory system, including procurement of critical spares.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs, improve yields, and enhance product quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment and instruments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide training and support to production personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards and ensuring a safe working environment.
- High school degree or equivalency certificate.
- 2+ years of experience working in a hands-on technical position or an Associate's degree in a STEM field.
- Proficient use of a computer and MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with printed circuit boards (PCBs), engineering laminates, electrochemical processes, and/or microelectronics fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand P&ID and schematic wiring diagrams.
- Experience with mechanical equipment and systems, including lock out tag out, job hazard analysis, and hot work permitting.
- Experience handling flammable, toxic, corrosive, or hazardous chemicals.
- Ability to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted.
