We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at our clinic in Stockbridge. Our Primary Care APPs focus on a collaborative patient-provider partnership and prioritize patient health goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients
- Document patient care in medical records
- Conduct patient interviews and document patient histories
- Perform physical examinations and specialized diagnostic procedures
- Assist physician in diagnosing medical problems and developing care plans
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program
- Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body
- Minimum of 2 years of specific Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Base Salary range: $102,000 to $128,000 per year depending on years of experience
- Eligibility for additional productivity bonus
