About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to lead our property management efforts at Housing Opportunities Commission. As a regional property manager, you will be responsible for evaluating the physical, fiscal, regulatory, and operational activities of assigned multifamily and scattered site properties.

The successful candidate will possess a fundamental knowledge and understanding of managing both market rate and affordable housing, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of property management processes, systems, and procedures.

A strong salary range for this position is between $81,196 and $136,229, based on experience.

Main Duties
  • Evaluate physical, fiscal, regulatory, and operational activities of assigned properties
  • Review monthly property reports, including budget variance reports and occupancy/vacancies reports
  • Accompany stakeholders on-site visits and travel to assigned properties as needed

Housing Opportunities Commission offers a competitive salary range for this position.
