Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with communication disorders in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet students' communication goals.
  • Deliver Direct Therapy Services: Deliver direct therapy services to students consistent with their Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
  • Collaborate with Educational Professionals: Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social development.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university program.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current Tennessee state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience and Skills: Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
