Clinical Outreach Specialist

Brown Surgical Associates is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and experience in building relationships with medical professionals.
This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel throughout the state. We offer a competitive salary of $**85,000 - 110,000** per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective referral marketing plans to increase revenue for the Department of Surgery.
- Build and maintain relationships with local referring physicians and medical practices.
- Create and distribute marketing collateral and patient referral materials.
- Track and measure marketing data and report results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or business administration.
- 5+ years of experience in upper management within a physician practice group.
- Knowledge of clinical practice protocols, organizational development, and project implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
