Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest Nike products and services
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a sense of community among customers and colleagues
  • Assist with daily retail operations, including visual merchandising, stockroom management, and cash handling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other tasks as required
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
  • Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
