About the Role

The Lynn Public Schools is seeking a Substitute Paraprofessional to support our students and staff in an urban setting. As a Substitute Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students in the classroom and provide individualized attention as needed
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Strong desire to work with students in an urban setting
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • May be eligible for a long-term sub position with a minimum of 48 college/university credits
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $21.89 per hour. Additional credits will be adjusted pending verification of additional credits.
