Dishroom Assistant

As a key part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This will involve setting up and maintaining our dish machine, ensuring it is in good working order, and performing regular cleaning tasks to prevent the buildup of dirt and bacteria.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform dish machine set-up and maintenance tasks
• Use proper pre-soaking procedures to clean fondue pots and other equipment
• Follow proper chemical usage guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Document and report any maintenance issues or repairs
• Practice teamwork by communicating with and assisting other members of the restaurant team
• Use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close-down of each shift
