Job Summary

The Lane Bryant Customer Specialist is a key role in creating a welcoming store environment through customer engagement. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, driving business growth and achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and wants through intentional conversation, using company resources to reinforce the brand experience.
  • Share and represent current products, fit, and fashion trends with customers to inspire and build trust.
  • Proactively contact customers to deepen relationships, using a Monthly Playbook to track engagement activity.
  • Participate in community and store activities that promote the brand, staying up-to-date on business and competitive landscapes.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism, kindness, and friendliness, with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
